What is Executive Coaching?

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to reach your personal and professional potential. It is a forward-thinking, goal-driven approach to personal change. Along with the client, coaches explore what is going inside and outside the person in order to make sense of and design meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Coaches honour the client as the expert in their own lives and work and believe that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. In a coaching engagement, you’ll be asked ‘Who do you want to be?’ and ‘How are you going to get there?’

With this foundation, as the coach, my responsibility is to:
  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
  • Encourage client self-discovery
  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
  • Hold the client responsible and accountable
Your responsibility is to:
  • Be honest, open and curious
  • Be committed to exploring desired goals and outcomes
  • Decide on what accountability looks like for you

A one-time, one-hour long coaching session to gain clarity or new perspectives on an issue or challenge.

TotalSDI Assessment – used with all of my individual and team coaching clients, these interpersonal assessments help people discover and influence the motives that drive their behaviour. A great tool to understand more about yourself and all those people you relate to in your life.

A three-month engagement – designed to focus on your goals and changes you want to implement in your life. One-hour long coaching sessions every two weeks (and more – ask for details!)

A six-month engagement – longer engagement for more significant changes – often when people are contemplating career change or other significant shifts in their life. One-hour long coaching sessions every two weeks (and more – ask for the details!)

For me, the teachings of yoga and the process of coaching merge together beautifully and practically to offer insight, soul-centered goal-setting and tools for applying new ways of being in our lives.
