Join us for this advanced module where you will explore the science of breath from the yogi’s point of view. The yoga tradition is steeped in ancient wisdom of the breath, something modern science is only now working to understand.
There are many advanced breathing techniques that are accessible with consistent practice. Working with the breath, especially when combined with retentions, is truly the vehicle to transformation.
Pranayama is the vehicle for transformation. It’s more evolved and profound that anything asana can offer.
You’ll also be exposed to and practice a number of advanced meditation techniques and learn the art of japa mantra, working with repetition of sacred sound to transform yourself.
